Obituary of Rose Sicolo

Rose Sicolo 89, beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Daughter of the late Vito and Josephine Barbito, and wife of the late Joseph Sicolo, passed away Monday, April 6 at Carmel Richmond Nursing home from Covid-19 where she was a resident for 12 years due to Parkinson's disease. Born in Bayonne where she attended school, she married and started a family on Staten Island. She was a homemaker and wonderful cook, and hairdresser. She is survived by her 4 children, Laura Truscelli, Dominick Sicolo, Josephine Matoske and Vito Sicolo. Also her beloved grandchildren, Matthew Iatauro, Jennifer, Joseph and Philip Matoske and Danielle and Joseph Sicolo. She loved her family and will be missed, and is now at peace with the lord. Following cremation, a service will follow at a later date.
