Allison (Grasso) Granato passed unexpectedly on October 04, 2020 at the age of 43. Allison is survived by her husband, Anthony Granato of Easton, PA; her daughter, Alyssa Lapetina of Brooklyn, NY; her Mother, Mildred Grasso of Staten Island, NY; her siblings, Renee Grasso of Staten Island, NY, Susan Nuzzo of Middletown, NY, Jennifer Dorso of Boca Raton, FL, and Rocco Grasso of Jackson, NJ. Allison was the beloved aunt of Nicole Nuzzo, Monica Nuzzo, Katelyn Nuzzo, Michael Nuzzo, Rocco Grasso, Dana Dorso, Rebecca Dorso, Elena Dorso, Kayley Grasso. Allison was preceded in death by her beloved father, Rocco Grasso. Allison was born on February 11, 1977 in Staten Island, NY where she attended Moore Catholic High School. Allison was a graduate of St. John's University. Allison was a proud mother to her daughter, Alyssa who remembers her as a caring, brave, and honest role model; a woman of strength and compassion. Allison had a passion for the arts, including writing poetry and painting and enjoyed spending quality time with her family. Please join her loved ones in celebrating the life of this amazing woman at Matthews Funeral Home on October 07, 2020 from 4- 8 PM. The funeral service will be held on October 08, 2020 at Matthews Funeral Home at 10:30 AM, followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery.
