Obituary of Norman T. Goldman

Norman T. Goldman, 81, of Bulls Head, passed away peacefully at Clove Lakes Nursing Home, on October 29, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Hipatia Goldman (nee Lana); loving father of Richard Goldman (Michelle) and Barry Goldman (Angela); cherished grandfather of Ashley Carlucci (Joseph), Jonathan Goldman, Kayla Goldman and Cameron Goldman. Norman was also the daddy to Moses, his Morkie. Mr. Goldman was born and raised in Jamaica Estates, Queens, NY. He graduated from High School, earned his Bachelor's Degree from Pace University, in Accounting, and his post-graduate degree from CW Post, in Hosptal and Nursing Home Administration. Norman proudly served in the U.S. Army, as a Sharpshooter. He was employed for many years as the Fiscal Director for Clove Lakes Nursing Home and also managed other Nursing Homes throughout the years. He also operated his own Accounting business and served as the Founder and President of the Independent Accounting Association on Staten Island. Norman was very passionate about his career. He thoroughly enjoyed working. Mr. Goldman enjoyed travelling and helping people with his financial advice and kind demeanor. According to his two sons, he prepared them well for life. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Sunday, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11:00 on Monday, followed by interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
