Obituary of Jennie Franca

Jennie Franca (nee Pelini) age 92, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2021. She was the devoted daughter of the late Jerry and Rose Pelini. She was the beloved wife of the late John. She was the loving mother of Valerie Tucci and her husband Anthony. She was the cherished grandma of Anthony, Michael and Vincent. She was the dear sister of Greg Pelini and his wife Dolly, Betty Bauman and her late husband Jack and the late Christina Pelini. Jennie was born in Grassano, Italy. She moved to Lynbrook, Long Island and began a family their with her husband John and Daughter Valerie. They moved to Staten Island in 2003. Jennie was a member of the senior club at Our Lady of Pity Church, she enjoyed playing Bingo, Poker, and May I. Above all she cherished her relationship with her three wonderful grandsons. Jennie will be remembered as a kind hearted woman who will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. The funeral arrangements will be private due to the current coronavirus pandemic. The family wants to keep your health and safety a priority. They greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers during these difficult times.
