To Aunt Alda (aka Aunt Vivian) I have very fond childhood memories of going out to see my “city” cousins in Staten Island back in the 60s and 70s. Whenever we where there I always had the wonderful secure feeling that only a large, extended family can create. Aunt Alda was the biggest part of that sensation. Did I mention the food? There was always really good food! She was one of my mom’s two big sisters and her very best friend. When they were away from each other (which was most of the time) they would talk for ever on the phone and make each other laugh so much they would forget what they had been discussing. She lead an amazing long life, married one of the greatest generation, and raised three wonderful children. Love you Aunt Alda, John
