Obituary of Ines C. Pacheco

Ines C. Pacheco (nee Encalada), age 91, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2021. She was the devoted daughter of the late Carlos and Teresa Encalada. She was the beloved wife of the late Eduardo Pacheco. She was the loving mother of Jaime Pacheco (Karen), Ines Grannis (John), Eduardo Pacheco (Isabel), Matias Pacheco (Seok-Hee) and the late Gina Pacheco. She was the dear grandmother of Joshua Pacheco, Jaime Pacheco (Jason), Durell DeFelice (Michael), John Grannis, Carlos Pacheco, Catalina Pacheco, Lina Ines Pacheco and Marcel Pacheco. She was the cherished great grandmother of Cirie Cook, Daniel Pacheco and the late Raven Cook and Samantha Pacheco. She was the dear sister of Isabel Alvarez (Jose), Vicenta Encalada, Francisco Zavala, and the late Jaime Encalada and Florencio Zavala. Ines is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd., on Thursday, 3/11/2021, departing at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael’s R.C. Church at 10:15 AM. Private cremation to follow. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, 3/10/2021, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
