Mrs. Whalen was my 4th grade teacher at P.S. 22; my last year there. I remember her fondly. May she RIP. My condolences to her family (especially Faith Ann)

We are Deeply Saddened to have lost Joann and Richard both. I met Richard waiting for kindergarten to let out. Matthew attended OLQP and so did our son Steven. We quickly became good friends with Joann and went travelling together in our RVs. We had Many good times ! They were both the kindest people we ever met ! They will both be missed. Rest in Peace Our Friends. Love you both, June and Steve Skinner
