I met Vince through my brother Joe - in London - while our parents were working at Navy London on Audley Street. My folks - Jack and Charlotte - knew Vince as well and together - we all had GREAT times with Vince in the great city of London. I can still hear Vince's laugh - his voice - his perpetual smile and sense of humor. So, so sorry to learn of his passing. May you rest in Peace Vince - and God Bless your family as they mourn your passing on. See you on the other side Vince! Jim Faulkner

You were the BEST brother, I feel you every time I watch sports, drink a Stella or anything London, or places you showed us in New York. Always willing to take your time to show us the sights!! You were always there for me and family... Even so far away … I will miss you so very much. Your funny everyday text messages the back n forth music we both loved. Life won’t be the same. I’m so thankful for the years we did have. Thoughtful gifts throughout the years I will treasure. I love you more than you will ever know. Thank you for teaching me so much. I wish I could’ve been there with you to say goodbye. My heart hurts, but I know you are at peace.
Rest In Paradise Bro ❤️

Vince Elias was an excellent person and a very big part of the Public Affairs Office at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in New York City where he served as Deputy Chief. He taught me a great deal about how to work more effectively in the federal government and served as my copy editor for the monthly employee newsletter. Vince had encyclopedic knowledge of U.S. Army Regulations and often reminded me the importance of following them. He will be sorely missed.

There are no words Lil Bro to describe how I feel losing you Although not together every day, you were and will always remain in my heart. We had an awesome childhood growing up, you, my Baby Bro, always together, playing in the streets, laughing, and later the laughs and private jokes we shared, will remain always in my thoughts. I will miss phone calls, texts and gift exchanges on holidays! ILYM When I see something Mommy Dearest related, I will smile n think of you! RIP until we meet again
