Obituary of Pamela Jane Nelson

P.J. Nelson (Gorga) 65, of Staten Island, passed away on January 30, 2018. She was pre-deceased by her parents, John and Bertha Gorga and her brother John Gorga Jr. She is mourned by many cousins and wonderful friends.

 P.J. was highly regarded for her time spent on Broadway and in musical reviews across the country. She was very active in the Episcopal Diocese of New York, particularly in Staten Island. P.J. was a wonderful, caring and loving person who will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated in St. Simon’s Episcopal Church, 1055 Richmond Road, Staten Island, NY 10304 on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:30 AM. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Matthew Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc.
