I am so very sorry for the loss of Dimitri, he was a dear family friend, I remember playing guitar with him on holidays, we would always sing Ta Pathia Tu Piraeus. Sending love and hugs to all of his family. He will be missed.

Yerstaday my lovely husband passed away ! Dimitrios was a lovely spouse , the best father , grandfather , uncle , godfather and father in law . Dimitrios loves you all ! He was a lovely son , brother, brother in law , son in law , cousin , nephew , and friend ! For 46 years of our marriage you are a special, ,lovely husband , the best of the best father , grandfather, uncle ,brother etc.of the whole world! He enjoyed the days in the beach , the traveling especially with his car , he played guitar and he gave the first music lesson of the guitar to our grandkids ! He played soccer with our kids and done the handmade kites for our kids and our friends kids .Also he taught to our son how to repairs a car . At the latest years he tried to teach our grandkids about the ships , the dangerous cargo , how a ship radar working and the laws about the shipping and the nautical signals as he done more years ago with our children He enjoyed the Greek music and dance ,to played and signed with his friend and he had a plenty of humor . But his biggest love was his sport car Toyota celica with a Greek flag ! Dimitrios was a sea captain , an operation manager and later on a marine surveyor ! Now he Rest In Peace ! Dimitrios every one loves you and every one of us will missing you . Always you will be forever to our hearts and our memories ! All of us we are blessing to have you into our lives , because you are a wonderful ,lovely person with a big ❤️ heart and plenty of humor . Αιώνια η μνήμη ! Ο Θεός να αναπαύσει την ψυχή σου !

My favorite photo of my dad. He loved the ocean. He loved singing, dancing, playing the guitar, tinkering with his gomena (his car), driving with the windows open on long, cross-country trips, fishing, and cracking jokes. He always brightened the room with his sense of humor and easygoing nature. My dad will be forever missed.
