My deepest sympathies to Mark's family. Mark was in my class at Hunter College's graduate program. He was always funny, sweet, and kindest. He was also the youngest in the class. Everyone loved Mark. He kept his sense of humor even after he was diagnosed and started the difficult treatment. He sent me this photo to tell the class that he's doing alright. We talked of the days he would return to continue his study and we looked forward to it. I will always remember you Mark. Rest in peace.

In the classes that I had with Mark at Hunter College. I always knew I had a friend to sit near in class. He was always so down to earth and funny and it just made things so much better. You will be missed good sir.

Mark was a wonderful presence in the world. He changed the lives of so many. We are so grateful we got to know him. His life here on earth was short but his impact was grand. The soul of mark came here to do great things. And he succeeded . He showed us kindness and love and we will forever love him.
