Truly I'm late to finding out of Robert Solero's passing. Communication with family was lost with the passing of life's busy schedules. He was a great grandfather, we had cherished moments. Wouldn't have asked for any other to fulfill that role. I will always remember him as a hard worker, an honest soul, and a good listener. May you, captain biento, RIP forever.

I will always remember Roberto’s kindness in driving several of us student nurses back to Central Islip during our psych rotation there; it saved us hours on the Long Island Railroad & we so appreciated that! He was working two jobs at the time and went out of his way for us. We will miss you, Roberto !!

We are so blessed and grateful to have had Tio Roberto in our family. He was always dressed sharp (along with Tia Lydia). His smile was infectious and he was always a jokester. Tio Roberto was so much fun to be around and always had such great stories to share. He will be missed and those memories will forever be in our hearts. Dear Evelyn and Joey we have lost another pioneer in our family. I will remember him growing up . He was rough playing with us kids, but always made us laugh. He was always determined to do better above all odds. His gardening skills were always admired by me. I know he is with titi, at peace and again with the love of his life.
