Obituary of Rose Danieli

Rose Danieli, 89, of Graniteville passed away peacefully on July 30, 2022. Rose loved, and was loved by, her family. She was a devoted sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Rose is survived by her brother Edward Danieli of Sandy Hook, CT, and his wife Patricia. She is also survived by her niece, Gabriella Taranovich, husband Ryan, their two daughters, and loving cousins. Rose was born and lived on Staten Island. She worked as an insurance underwriter for The Hanover Insurance Company. She enjoyed rooting for the New York Yankees, word puzzles, traveling to Italy and playing canasta. Family and friends may visit the Matthew Funeral Home at 2508 Victory Boulevard on Wednesday August 2nd from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. The funeral will depart at 10:00 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family R.C. Church at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Saint Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Rose’s name to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
