Obituary of Erlinda C. Corpuz

Erlinda Corpuz, 89, of Staten Island passed away peacefully on August 5, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Leoncio Corpuz for 65 years. The loving mother of Reynaldo Corpuz and wife Bec. Marlene Bregendahl and husband Albert. Heide Rata and husband Perry. Angie Corpuz; Rainier Corpuz and wife Malou. Rex Corpuz and wife Joy. Ryan Corpuz and wife Emyl. Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren, and dear sister of Ofelia Constantino and husband Estrella Bandong. She is a native of the Philippines and immigrated to the United States in 1994. She is a very humble being who took care of her family all her life. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard on Monday, August 8, 2022; departing 9:15 am and at 10:00 her funeral mass will be offered at St Rita’s Catholic Church. Family and friends may visit on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
