I know my siblings and I grew up looking at you as an uncle, and both of our families were one.
We were given life lessons at an early age and had an unforgettable childhood thanks to you and that house in the mountains.
We're going to miss you dearly.

I am happy to say I had the privilege of knowing you thirty-six years.
We could fight like cats and dogs then crack a beer and tear someone else apart.
I am going to miss you.
Pat and family, so sad there are no words.

RIP Greg:
Our condolences to Patty and the rest of the Jacobson family on your loss. We spent many a day at the Victory Lanes watching our children grow up and bowling together, sharing stories and a beer.
A true gentleman with a great sense of humor and the biggest heart. RIP my friend.

My deepest condolences to the entire Jacobson family. I will always remember how he was with Ben. He would say " PopPop,I-pad and Greg would quickly get up and get it for him, even though he wasn't supposed to have it and off to work he went. Ben would stand by the door and call for him, until I distracted him with another toy. Greg is in heaven now and will be your Guardian Angel, watching over you all. With Love and sincerest condolences,
Christine MacIntyre

I will miss Greg so much, he is family. I have had the privilege of knowing Greg throughout all stages of my life. From child, to teen, through motherhood and beyond. I was fortunate to spend the most time with Greg and Patty as a young adult and mother, quickly becoming just another one of his kids in the house. Being best friends with his eldest, Shannon, I really got to enjoy Greg in the sweetest moment in his life, right after retirement when we were old enough to spend time with him as young adults. Parents and kids alike, we always truly had a blast and the biggest laughs just hanging out at a party or a bar. Those are the best memories I have of Greg.
Though his appearance may have put a scare into some of the boys who spent time with his daughters and I early on, we only knew him as a teddy bear. Greg would do anything to help out family and friends. I got an appraisal for my kitchen that was ridiculously high, after telling Shannon about it, he said call her up I’m coming over there to see what they hell their talking about. And he did, offered to even do the kitchen when we were ready.
I could go on and on, there are so many memories and stories. I just wanted to pay tribute to a beautiful soul and the amazing family that have always surrounded me with love and support. Rest In Peace Greg, you will be truly missed, but never forgotten.

Gregg has been a friend for over 50+ years, until our families became one, when his son Thomas married our daughter Megan. This man had the biggest heart of anyone I know. We all know that Gregg was a man of few words, but when he spoke, you listened. He left his mark of his craftsmanship all over SI. If you reached out to Gregg for anything big or small, he was there. Rest In Peace Gregg and you will be truly missed more then you’ll ever know.
