Obituary of Catherine M. Faiello

Catherine M. Faiello, 94 of Westerleigh, formerly of Red Hook, Brooklyn, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony P. Faiello Sr. (2011), loving mother of Anthony P. Faiello Jr, Peter Faiello (Elena) and Michael Faiello; cherished grandmother of Gabrielle (Danny), Anthony (Melissa), Michael (Laura), Steven (Christine) and Lia; devoted great grandmother of Adriana and Gia. She was predeceased by her eight siblings and is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Faiello was born and raised in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY and relocated to Staten Island in 1967. She was employed as a phone operator for Chase Manhattan Bank. Catherine was a devoted friend to many, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, departing at 10:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family R.C. Church at 10:30 am. Interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
