Q: What will you never forget about William? A: In HS we used to go roller skating in NJ in his little red studerbaket car. Three of us would pile in for the trip and 6 of us would return to island afterwards. Miss our non date Friday nights.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew William because he resided at Silverlake Nursing home with any Dad, Paul Ballow. My dad passed away on November 6th, and he is going to be laid out at Matthew Funeral Home this week too. My dad would always talk about William because of his Rolling Thunder hat. He respected him so much, and would salute at him everytiime he passed my dad. Upon looking at this site and seeing him I couldn't believe that they are now in Heaven together.

Neighborhood will not be the same without him. Missed seeing him on his daily walked and always there to help anyone in need. Great guy and neighbor. Rest In Peace Bill
