Obituary of Manuel Gonzalez

Manuel Gonzalez, 72, of Staten Island passed away peacefully at Staten Island University Hospital, South, with family by his side on March 14th, 2023. He is survived by his two daughters Melissa Hurtado and Christine Gibson and was the cherished grandfather of six beautiful grandchildren. They were the lights of his life. His grandchildren are as follows Mateo, Antonio, Daniel, Michael, MiKaylaa and Mykolos. Surviving siblings, Rose Otero and Theresa Rivera. Surviving nieces and nephew Nicole, Lisa, Terry, JR and Yvi, also loved by Nilsa Perez. They will always remember him as a caring, generous, and thoughtful soul and wonderful Tio. Manuel was born on August 16, 1950 in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. He was a man with a genuine, pure soul, everyone who knew him always admired him and said he was a great man very nice, friendly, calm, respectful to others. No one ever had anything bad to say about him just that he was a beautiful person, and whoever knew him was lucky to know him and have him in their life. We will forever miss him and remember all the good times we shared. We love him deeply and will cherish those pure memories forever.
