I was heartbroken to hear of Frank's passing. The Human Resources office will miss Frank's daily visits, his smile, and his warm and happy personality. I personally will miss seeing the photos and artwork that he would proudly show us. We wish the Niosi family peace and sincerest condolences on the loss of our beloved Frank. Tina Sgarlato

It's been many years since I've seen Frank but I can still hear his voice, see his smile and recall his friendly, helpful nature. A truly kind man, he will be remembered fondly.
