Obituary of Mae R. Rudick

Mae R. Rudick, 93 of Travis, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Lenard (1978), loving mother of Carol A. Rudick and Ray Rudick and his wife Karen; beloved step-grandmother of Jennifer Pallister-Iannizzotto and her husband James. She was predeceased by her three siblings. Mae was born in Brooklyn and moved to Staten Island as an infant, settling in Travis. She was a graduate of Port Richmond High School. Over the years she had numerous jobs such as American Express, Sears and Garber's Department Store, where she was mainly worked in customer service and sales. Mae was a skilled baker and also enjoyed shopping, dining out and crafting. She loved spending time with her family. Occasionally she would enjoy a trip to the casinos in Atlantic City. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home on Thursday, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 am, with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
