I'm so sorry for our boss. I lost a great boss. He is professional, hardworking, funny, genuine and cares about his employees. Doug is not only a boss, but also a mentor and a father. His kindness and guidance will be greatly missed. May his soul rest in peace and may we find strength in this difficult time. I've lost a friend, a colleague and a brother. Many many laughs, conversations, advice and wisdom shared. A true professional, a wonderful guy, no artificiality, true to his word, loyal and genuine. Quick with a quip or a solution to a knotty problem, Totally committed to the wife he loved and his sons who he adored, the people in his office who were a second family, his friends and his business. I will miss him.
