Gina, John and Rachel. I am so sorry to hear about Uncle John, passing. I remember when I was a kid and he came to my birthday party and sang and played his guitar. He sang , My name is Michael song. He was so kind talented and funny. Last time, I saw Uncle John was at my father, Carmine's wake. Now the brothers are reunited. Love, Cousin Donna.

This is to the family of John P. Luongo (aka Uncle John) - He was truly a great man and made everyone happy during the many years of his life. Always entertaining with his voice and guitar. My late husband Sweat and I go back and remember him at the Horseshoe Saloon. Uncle John will be forever missed and now is with his past friends and enjoying in spirit and looking down. We all will be joining him, but not yet. God Bless.

This week we lost an American classic, often imitated but never duplicated. Uncle John, NO MAM, 1/2 %er proprietor of the HORSESHOE SALOON. Where you were greeted with a song or a quick witted joke and the countless stories and good times. So it's time to Simonize your watches everyone and pour a shot of Jim Beam for a man that not only broke the mold , but it was thrown away afterwards . So raise your glasses to an American Original.... Uncle John GBNF REST IN PEACE my friend.

Dear, John, Gina, Rachel and Jesse,
Please accept my condolences on your dads passing - He is a beautiful man who will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
Uncle John,
There are not enough days or hours to count all the good times, smiles and laughs that we had. From riding, to playing the guitar, to singing, to BBQ ing to playing horseshoes. The times and memories we have had and made will be with me forever.
Every once in a while we get lucky in this life, and I got lucky the day I met John. Thank you for the forever memories and great days and times my brother. Until we meet again, RIP Uncle Johnny !! Love you my brother.
