My deepest condolences to the whole family. I didn’t personally know Officer Robert Sivori but I would see him at least once a week. As I helped him at the local family grocery store, often with his kids or his wife. And he was honestly one of the kindest people to come in. My heart goes to his wife and children

Robert it tears me up inside that I couldn’t be there for you this week, for I am in a fight of my own. My Mother will be there to represent the family for all of us. My heart broke to hear this, Rob, John, my bro Vin and I, got to know each other through our moms, we spent many days at the beach together in Rockaway boogie boarding. I didn’t know Robert, but my husband, Barry Nagelberg, is a lifelong friend of the family and fellow NYPD family member. My heart breaks for the family.
