Memory
In the spring of 1964, both Danny and I played a part in the "first St. Peter's (musical) show", Oklahoma!, at the (then) new auditorium/gymnasium at St. Peter's Boys High School. I worked the stage lights from a control box down in the orchestra. Danny (Class of '65) played the part of "Dream Curly" (Curly was the lead male character in the story.) where he did some rather acrobatic dance moves in the extended "Dream Ballet" sequence near the end of the first act.

Christmas celebrations at the home of Danny and Linda were always something special. There were a LOT of relatives and friends. The first floor would be filled with people and the overflow (mostly the kids) would be in the basement. Sometimes we would get the kids to join in singing Christmas carols. There was plenty of great food. It all must have been quite a bit of work.
Warm fuzzy memories.

I think it was about 1972 that Danny and Linda came to visit me for a few days while I was stationed at Langley AFB in Virginia. We made a fun trip to see the historical area at Williamsburg.

Plugs and Wires.
I think it was about 1949 or 1950 that Danny and I would play with "plugs and wires". Our Dad had given us some extension cords and adapters that we would try to connect different ways. It kept us busy on rainy days.
Later in life, Danny and I continued to do "plugs and wires" in the military. Danny worked in communications in the US Army (including in Viet Nam); I worked in communications in the US Air Force.
In our civilian careers, we continued with "plugs and wires": Danny worked for the phone company and I did communications cabling design at an engineering company.
Plugs and Wires.
