Obituary of Barbara G. Pillarella

Barbara Pillarella (nee Grassi), 80, passed away on June 20, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late John Pillarella. She was the loving mother of John Pillarella and his wife Lisa and Jill Goolic and her husband Andy. She was the cherished Nana of Amber and her husband Dan, Eloise, Andrew, Jason, Samantha and Jamilla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who she held very dear to her heart.

Barbara will be remembered for her big heart and her open home. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, departing at 9:15 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church at 10:00 AM. A private cremation will follow. Family and friends may visit on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
