Wow, I did not know of the passing of Guy! I was looking for my friends mother who will be @ Matthew tommorow. Susan & to the whole family I feel your pain. I too buried my mother & father formerly from Staten Island, then to a retirement community in Brick, NJ. My dad was in the Korean war too! He was a piolt & along with his brothers served our country with respect & honor. I really liked your dad. He was special & really cared about Staten Island. I was so glad when family members joined him in politics. Susan I thought you were/are special. At times I pictured your family at Christmas time around the table discussing politics. My family were not politions, but boy when they got together that's all they discussed, even growing up in Bklyn when I was a little girl even at the breakfast table current & world events were a priority. Please remember them all in a positive way. My prays go out to you with all my heart. Good luck in your life.

My deepest condolences to the family of Guy Molinari. We on this island are truly blessed to have had such a principled and brilliant advocate. I first met Guy in 2009 working on Michael Grimm’s first campaign. We had only a handful of private conversations at headquarters or at Guys home but I was immediately struck by the passion and integrity of this amazing man. We are all better off because of his devotion to his principled beliefs and can all take a lesson that vacillation will never get the job done. Thank you Guy and we all know you are now enjoying your just reward!
