Obituary of Marion Stefanchik

Marion Stefanchik (neeNavalany), age 77, of Port Richmond, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2017 at Richmond University Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Roger (2003); loving mother of Karen Papanier and her husband, Perry, Roger Stefanchik, and Barbara Siegel and her husband, David; cherished grandmother of Mathew Siegel, Jacquelyn Papanier, and Christine Papanier; dear sister of Jean Zimmerman. Mrs. Stefanchik was born and raised in Travis and is an alumna of the 1957 class of Port Richmond High School. She relocated to Port Richmond in 1968. She was employed for many years as a Legal Secretary. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, cooking, reading, listening to music. Most important she enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved her Yorkshire Terrier Ruby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hematology and Oncology Unit of Richmond University Medical Center.
