Obituary of Donna M. Nikola

Donna Nikola Obituary On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, Donna Nikola, beloved sister and aunt, passed away at the age of 65. Donna was born and raised in Staten Island, New York where she lived her entire life. Donna graduated from McKee High School earning her degree in cosmetology, but she found her calling in nursing. She eventually earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked for many years as a registered nurse at South Beach Psychiatric Center in Staten Island. Donna was pre-deceased by her father, James and her mother, Mary. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Deborah Nikola Robertson, and her brother, James Nikola as well as her stepmother Sherrill Nikola and their families. Donna will also be forever remembered and loved by Anthony Fernando, Lanka Fernando and their children, Bethany, Nicole, Ben, and Olga, who lovingly called her their "Auntie" and tenderly took care of her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Donna on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Holy Family RC Church at 10 am, Staten Island. Interment will follow at Ocean View Cemetery, Staten Island.
