Obituary of Michael Perrotta

Michael Perrotta, age 82, passed away peacefully at home on November 20, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Lillian; loving father of Candi and Joe Teutonico and Janine and John Pessalano; cherished grandfather of Eddie, Christina, Andrew, and Nick. Michael was born in Brooklyn and raised in the Park Slope neighborhood. He served in the US Navy for two years and worked for many years as a U.S. Postal employee. He was excellent at working with his hands and had a genuine love for people. Michael was also an active member of the Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church community. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, departing at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church at 10 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
