So sad to hear of this.. I always remember going to Montes as a kid and Sandy was always in the kitchen working so hard! It was so welcoming and great memories going there very often with my dad, sonny , mom jo and siblings... He was a gracious wonderful person . Taken too soon.

So many memories, I’ve known Sandy for 50 years, but I’d have to say it would be our dads drinking rye on Saturday afternoons in the grocery store and having been on one of those impressive 13 Hawaiian trips. Rest In Peace.
