Obituary of Theresa Tedeschi

Theresa Tedeschi, 94, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2019, at Eger Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Tedeschi; devoted daughter of the late Carlo and Rosemary Fiorenza; loving sister of Lena Russo and Anthony Fiorenza, the late Dominick Fiorenza, late Frank Fiorenza, late Joseph Fiorenza, late Charlie Fiorenza and the late Mary Riccio; cherished aunt of 13 nieces and nephews. Theresa was born and raised in Brooklyn. She worked for many years as a Director of a mail room in the advertising industry. She loved being a career woman and dressing well. Mrs. Tedeschi also enjoyed traveling, decorating and entertaining in her home. Theresa was very meticulous about her home, going as far as ironing her pillow cases. Occasionally she enjoyed a good gin and tonic. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, departing at 9 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pity R.C. Church at 9:30 am. Interment to follow in Moravian Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to visit on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
