Carmine and I had such good laughs and talks together. His love of family, books,country and God were all what made up who he was in this life. Carmine had a giving spirit and always share it with those he viewed as forgotten souls. His love of animals was evident. He always gave to Martys Place in memory of his beloved dog Teddy. I shall miss you Carmine and always hold dear those values that you left instilled in the hearts of so many souls. Be at peace and full of joy as I know you are.

Carmine and I had many philosophical conversations over dinner and coffee. The topics ranged from women's rights, the environment, the state of the world and, yes, unfortunately, politics. He had a quick wit that would turn a serious discussion about any topic into a good laugh. He was a very good friend to me, always concerned and willing to lend an ear. Passionate about learning he always shared what he was currently into. I appreciated being able to share in his Italian heritage and could relate on many levels. I will miss him dearly and our get togethers. Rest in Peace Carmine.
