Obituary of Roberta B. Stump

Roberta B. Stump (nee Aronow), age 69, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Charles for 31 years; loving mother of Jay Aronow and his wife, Amanda; cherished grandmother of Brody and Spencer; dear brother of Alan Aronow. Mrs. Stump was born in Queens, and moved to Plainview, Long Island as a young child. She was a graduate of Plainview-Old Bethpage High School. After graduation she furthered her education at the University of Chicago and later on worked for a brief time as a Nurse. Some of her passions included knitting, crossword puzzles, soduku puzzles, and playing games on her tablet. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Wednesday, 8/21, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral service is scheduled at 1:00 pm, with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
