Jolie was my coworker from 1999-2003. I remember her humor and energy, and her deep love for her son. On 9/11, after thr attacks on the World Trade Center, the subways were suspended, we had no idea for how long. Our office was in Midtown, but Jolie said "I'll walk, then. I'm going to get my son!" And she set out on foot for the Bronx. From Midtown to the Bronx, she walked, to make sure her son was safe. I will never forget her fearless mother's heart. Rest well, Jolie.
