Sixto Enrique Cuevas, Jr., was born on June 2, 1937, and passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at the age of 82, after battling many health issues for over 25 years. He was a hard working, kind hearted, faith based man, who was soft spoken and reserved. Sixto is survived by his wife of 46 years, Margarita Cuevas, and 6 children. His love for religion, baking, and his Puerto Rican culture defined his character, while his quiet love for his family defined his heart. A good man has been taken too soon from this earth. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, 10/5, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm, with a service at 7:00 pm. Arrangements include private cremation.
