I’ve been trying to find the right words for a week now. There are too many wonderful memories to narrow it down. One of my earliest memories is grandpa picking me up from school(this was before my mom and dad, Nick, were even married). We’d go back to their house and grandma would make me bologna on wonder bread and grandpa and I would work on a game or puzzle. I hated his puzzles. I always wanted easier ones. I never had his patience! Grandpa would always send me home with a little box of animal crackers. I never liked them but loved getting the cute little boxes from him. Grandma and grandpa would have us stay with them for a week during the summer and as I got older they’d let me come a separate week without my sisters. Those were some of the best times. Grandma always had a feast and grandpa would teach me songs on the piano (On Top of Spaghetti was the first). At the end of the night we’d sit and watch Golden Girls often. During the holidays grandpa would be in charge of antipasto and setting the table. I can still picture going there and sitting with him at the kitchen table and helping to cut the pepperoni. They had this tiny tv and football would often be on and grandma and grandpa would bicker about clearing the table and making room. It’s been a long time since grandpa had holiday duties. I’d give anything to have one more holiday like that. They’ll never be the same without you grandpa.
Love your granddaughter Kim

It's always sad to lose a loved one, but it brings us a warm feeling in our hearts to know, your loved one was with a loving family until he was called to be with his heavenly family.....

I know for a fact you build a great family which speaks of the kind of man you were and that you were very loved and will never be forgotten. May God ease the pain of your family knowing you did the best you could on this earth and the values shared by the family speaks volume of the Marcigliano family as a whole.

Dad was all about family- La Famiglia. There was nothing more important to him. He totally enjoyed when the family was all together at any gathering. Dad taught me what love is, and what it meant to be loved. He waited for that last family gathering in his hospital room where everyone came to see him the night before he left us. My heart will be forever empty. Thank You, Dad. I Love You my 'Noochie'. Rest Easy. Your loving son, Anthony.
