I always remember Veronica giving gifts to all. She got so much pleasure from giving. Veronica had a heart of gold. I remember when we worked together, I was in need of plastic bags. Well, Veronica came the next day she found out, with a bag full of plastic bags that she brought in to the office for me. She took the bus to work and still carried them to work for me. This was such a long time ago, but I will always remember it. About a week before she went to the hospital, she remembered my husband's birthday and still thought to send him a card and gift; even with all her pain and suffering. I have a beautiful picture of Veronica, Asma and myself when we worked together on Richmond Terrace. We were at the ballgame with our baseball shirts and sunglasses. She was so happy. People are taken from us but memories we have forever. Thank God for all the Beautiful memories. Your friend, Roseann
