Obituary of Allen James Nicoletti, Sr.

Allen James Nicoletti, Sr. Born on April 3, 1951, in Brooklyn, to the late Albert and Angela Esther (nee Borrero) Nicoletti, Allen James Nicoletti, Sr., passed peacefully in the presence of his family on October 25, 2020. A graduate of Lafayette High School, Allen was an avid fisherman and NASCAR enthusiast; he was known for taking meticulous care of his car. Everyone in his Staten Island Neighborhood knew, and loved "Al". Allen is survived by his daughters, Allison Perez (Rafael) and Alisa Nicoletti, son Allen James, Jr.; sisters, Anita Nicoletti, Adele Hallheimer (Wayne), and brother Albert (Leletah). He also leaves behind grandchildren, Jonathan and Jessica, as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was pre-deceased by youngest brother, Andrew. Allen was a proud member of Electrician's Union IBEW Local #3. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Thursday, departing at 10:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pity R.C. Church at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, Long Island, NY. Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Due to Covid, all visitors must wear masks, practice social distancing, and be mindful that a small wait to visit might exist due to capacity limitations.
