My deepest sympathies to the entire family I just found out what happened to my pal . I grew in the building on avenue p where frank and I became good friends we shared much laughter with our uncle Val. he was a mans man and always gave me great advice. he certainly left a life long impression on myself and I will forever hold a place in my heart rip my friend. until we meet again.
