I had the honor to work with Richie in lower Manhattan. Its been a while but I can clearly see him and fondly remember what a gem of a human being he was. Soft spoken, polite , kind and a gentle soul. A great cop too. Rest In Peace my friend. Prayers and comfort to friends and family.
