Aunt Catie was like my older sister. We lived in my grandmothers house so we were together every day. She loved taking my cousin Freddy and me to all the fun places. I remember taking a ferry to Rye Playland several times...and now I am thinking how she was so determined to get us to some places that were not so easy to get to from Staten Island by public transportation. Asbury Park was another place...there were more but if Freddy (were were like siblings) were here we could say a lot more.
