Richie and I were in the same docent class together. Very often we volunteered at the same time on Sunday's, he would bring out his snake and I would bring out the Blue Tongue Skink. Together we would ask the Zoo visitors to look for similarities and differences between the two reptiles. He was the only person I know who was able to get some snake fearing people to actually touch a snake and I talk about my own family members. I will miss him dearly, but hope that memories like this help keep his spirit alive. My thoughts are with all of you. Danielle
