I remember going to Cathy’s house when my boys were young. It was around Easter time and Cathy had bought Easter baskets for them. Her parents also made a delicious Italian meal for us. Cathy always welcomed me with a big smile (& a lot of food) and had a great sense of humor. Though I haven’t seen her in many years, I clearly remember her kindness and the deep adoration she had for Laurie, Jeanine and John. May she rest in peace.

Nothing compares to the love of a Mother and our Mom loved us like no other. Her whole life was about showering Jeanine, John, myself, all of her beloved grandchildren, and her entire extended family with that special love. We are broken-hearted and will miss her and honor her memory for all of our days. Mom, you are reunited with Nana, Pop-Pop, Uncle Barney and all your beloved grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. We know that you are free of the mind and body that weighed down your sweet spirit and you will have the peace you so deserve. Thank you for blessing us with your unconditional love and for the incredible joy you showed us every time we saw you. We will know nothing like it until we see you again. Love you Mom
