Memories made will never be forgotten, and they left an indelible imprint on those left behind. Everyone improved as a result of having such a fantastic friend. When I first came into this family, I was the new boyfriend of Susan. The first time I met Alfred, he knew I was the new guy (new boyfriend) and he did everything he could to make feel at home and part of the family. Alfred was the most gracious, real person you could ever meet. I am so lucky to have known this special person. My deepest sympathies and condolences to the you family.

From grade school to college, I can’t remember a time the dynamic duo wasn’t there to support me in all of my experiences and achievements. Growing up with Por Por and Goong Goong by my side has made my childhood the happiest it could’ve ever been and I’m so blessed to have had grandparents only a phone call away. Thank you Goong Goong for keeping me occupied with house projects, and relaxed with movies and my favorite foods. Thank you for playing Mahjong with me and helping for hours to get me ready for prom. Thank you for keeping me company at dance competitions and promising me endless cruises, and making sure I had a smile on my face through it all. Goong Goong never had to say much for us to know how much he loved us because there was no length he wouldn’t go to for his family. We love you and can’t wait to reunite with you in Heaven, but until then we’ll be here to care for your koi fish, pool, TV and most importantly, your Por Por. Love your Gor Lee :)

It’s still surreal to think that goong goong has passed on to the gates of heaven. It seems like yesterday that we were talking about movies, eating delicious food, and just spending time together. Goong goong not only taught me how to be a man, but also dependable to those I love. Whether it was working on projects like building the pond, or renovating the kitchen in mom and dad’s bathroom. All the skills and knowledge Goong Goong has shared will be remembered forever, and it will carry on in his children and grandchildren. We love and miss you Goong Goong, save some projects for us! Love you Goong Goong

Al is my brother-in-law for 48 years. Cindy and Al had been cruising with Wayne and I for almost 15 years. AL LOVED FISHING and we would take him to Sébastien inlet to catch the BIG one. We have so many great memories. Al was a wonderful uncle to my children and grandchildren.

My Best friend for 51 years and husband for 48 years. Alfred was a classmate of mine for 12 years. Ten years after we graduated high school, Alfred n Cindy ended up being my next door neighbors. I have many fond memories. A favorite of mine is coming home one night and finding Alfred in my backyard using the barbecue. Thay had company and ran out of gas in their grill. I knew then we were family. Alfred save me a good spot when the Lord says it’s my turn!

In the last weeks, dad expressed his love of fishing and recalled all those fishing trips off the Belt Parkway, at a trout hatchery in Long Island, the many times he and I went fishing in NJ and off of piers, with mom and her soda can rig(lol). Mom reminded him of the time when he got upset when his rod dropped into the water and how a 5 year old Kim reeled it in with her click rod! He wanted to go to the beach and fish and that's probably what he's doing now. Love you dad!
