Very sorry to hear of the death of cousin Joe. I have known him since I was a small kid visiting my Grandparents in Travis. I wish had known he passed, I would have made it to the funeral. On behalf of myself, and my Father, Robert Minto 3rd, our condolences to the family.

Joey was one of the first people who welcomed our family into the neighborhood. He was a great, caring neighbor with a kind soul and big heart. We will all miss seeing him scootering around the neighborhood.

When I was little Uncle Joey would often stop over to see us. He was always happy. He loved my.Grandma’s baked lima beans - probably because they had a ton of sugar which he also loved. He will be missed.
